During a Credit Card revenue engagement, PTC analysts will conduct product line analyses and evaluations, perform reviews of revenue generating routines and practices and execute a profitability audit of systems to identify areas of potential profitability. These reviews include activities related to timing, calculation and assessment of fees and interest, balance accumulation methods, exception items processing, and other similar activities designed to maximize revenue.
